Recent Advances in Metal-Organic Frameworks for Biomacromolecule Sensing

چکیده

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are emerging class of ordered porous materials consisting metal clusters and organic ligands. High porosity, adjustable topology, composition structural diversity have earned MOFs extensive popularity in various fields, including biosensing. This review focuses on understanding the role biosensing, mainly as efficient signal probes, nanozymes nanocarriers. It also provides recent advances sensing biomacromolecules such protein, peptide, DNA, RNA polysaccharide. In addition, challenge, perspectives, biosensing presented, based our opinion.
